Shipping Policy

We ship from Philadelphia, PA. Currently we do not have a multiple shipping
option. If you have multiple items going to separate shipping address,
it is necessary to place separate orders.
All merchandise is shipped either UPS or USPS. Under certain conditions such as price fluctuation other carriers may be selected by the management, this does not affect your original shipping price.
UPS does not ship to APO , FPO or PO Box addresses.
There are 2 options for UPS service. Please remember that UPS does not count
weekend as shipping days.
UPS Ground service-takes 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on the
state you are shipping to.
UPS 3 Select - Delivery in 3 to 4 business days after order processing.
95% of all orders received before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the
same day. Any orders placed on a Saturday evening or Sunday will ship by
5 pm the following Monday. Any order placed on a Holiday will ship the following
scheduled business day. This applies to all items unless otherwise stated in
the product description.

All items are shipped from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. First Class Mail
delivery times vary from 2-7 business days. See map below for estimated delivery
times for your area.

Mail?
2 to 3 days
How long will it take for my order to arrive using Express
Mail?
1 to 2 days
Important information about the U.S. Postal Service
tracking system
Unfortunately, the USPS tracking system is not
as detailed, nor is it updated as frequently as the UPS or Fedex tracking
system. It is possible that the package will arrive before your receive
any status via their web site.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

- All items that can be returned, must be returned within 15 days of purchase in order to receive
an exchange item. For certains items we will not accept returns unless the item is damaged upon arrival, this restriction will be clearly marked on the item description where applicable. If there is a manufacturing defect we will provide a replacement.
- All returned
items must be in original box and all contents intact.
We will only accept any returns provided that the item is in its original state
and has not been used. This only applies to items that can be returned, some items cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged. We will not exchange used or abused items and we will inspect every item returned to determine if used or abused.
We inspect every product before shipping to ensure that there are no defects.
- We will credit or exchange merchandise that is defective in any way with
no signs of abuse.
- Original freight will not be credited on merchandise that is NOT defective for applicable items. This only applies to items that can be returned, some items cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Please allow up to 10 days for credits to be processed against your card.
