This Vermont Farmhouse Jr. is finished inside and out and ready to play out of the box. The only assembly required for this dollhouse is the top gingerbread, which is included, all you need is a bit of glue. The interior moldings on both the ceilings and floors give this house a touch of class. Also included are 2 little vials of paint blue and white, should you need some touch-ups in the future. This 7 rooms house is a very popular model, the dimensions are: 24 3/16" Width x 17 1/8 " Depth X 29 7/8" Height.
