The Montclair (SP - Smooth Plywood)
This classic 9 rooms dollhouse Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown. Note that this is an unfinished kit, the images suggests how it can be finished, the possibilities are left to your own imagination and creativity. The Montclair is also shown pictured with the 602 Montclair Porch, 603M Montclair Conservatory and 604 Montclair 2-Story Wing Addition. Each unit is sold separately. This is a truly grand classical style reminiscent of a gone by era, now you can bring it back to life as you see it.
The unit dimensions are: 39 1/2 " Width X 22" Depth X 36" Height. As an additional service we can also build a one of a kind dream house according to your own specifications/colors, this would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete, contact us for more information.

• Clapboard Milled directly into the walls. This is the easiest and quickest way to assemble a house with clapboard siding, because it's built-in and ready to be painted.
• Milled 3/8" Cabinet grade Plywood.
• Sturdy construction 3/8 " thick walls and upper floors.
• Simple, easy to follow, step-by-step instructions with expertly drafted illustrations.
• Fancy porch posts and spindles.
• Pre-assembled windows and doors.
• Window kits include interior trim.
• 10" Floor to Ceiling height.
• Additions and/or porches also available separately.
• The kit comes complete with windows, shutters, exterior door and steps, decorative trims, mouldings, interior staircases, and rails.
• The kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Foxhall, you will need approx. 1650 shingles. (3/4 shingle X 3/4 reveal).
• Recommended Supplies: Hammer, Glues, Utility Knife, Masking Tape, Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit, Paints, Paint Brushes, Ruler, 3/4" or 1" Brads.
