This front opening Gerogian style addition has 2 rooms on 2 floors. Note that this is an unfinished kit. The unit dimensions are: 103/4" Width X 11" Depth X 18" Height.

- Clapboard Milled directly into the walls. This is the easiest and quickest way to assemble a house with clapboard siding, because it's built-in and ready to be painted.
- Sturdy construction 3/8" thick upper floors.
- Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8" thick.

drafted illustrations.
- Window kits include interior trim.
