This pretty 2 rooms dollhouse Kit addition includes everything you need to finish as shown. This 2-story gable addition can also be assembled with a fixed front and open back making it compatible with the Lemon Twist, Peaches 'n Cream, Cherrydale or Mint Julep dollhouse kits

Note that this is an unfinished kit, the images suggests how it can be finished, the possibilities are left to your own imagination and creativity. The unit dimensions are: 9 3/4" Width X 11" 3/8 Depth X 22 " Height. As an additional service we can also build a one of a kind dream house according to your own specifications/colors, this would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete, contact us for more information.

• Clapboard Milled directly into the walls. This is the easiest and quickest way to assemble a house with clapboard siding, because it's built-in and ready to be painted.. Please select material option below.

• Window kits include interior trim.
• This 2-story gable addition has a hinged front that is compatible with the front-opening Raspberry Parfait dollhouse kit.
• Durable gingerbread trim is 1/8" thick.
