This pretty Mansard style 6 rooms 3 floors dollhouse Kit includes everything you need to finish as shown. Note that this is an unfinished kit, the images suggests how it can be finished, the possibilities are left to your own imagination and creativity. The unit dimensions are: 24" Width X 17" Depth X 27 1/4" Height. As an additional service we can also build a one of a kind dream house according to your own specifications/colors, this would take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete, contact us for more information.

Complete kit includes:

• 1"=1' scale.
• Clapboard Milled directly into the walls. This is the easiest and quickest way to assemble a house with clapboard siding, because it's built-in and ready to be painted.. Please select Material option below.
• Sturdy construction 3/8" thick upper floors.
• Sturdy Construction features 1/4" high quality cabinet grade materials for the MM (milled cabinet grade plywood)
• Simple, easy to follow, step-by-step instructions with expertly drafted illustrations.
• Window kits include interior trim.
• 8 1/8" floor to ceiling height.
