The Junior Conservatory addition is compatible with the Vermont Farmhouse Jr. kit and others, the foundations supplied can adapt to a variety of houses. This addition adds a touch of class to the Vermont Farmhouse Jr. Note that this is an unfinished kit, the images suggests how it can be finished, the possibilties are left to your own imagination and creativity. This dollhouse addition dimensions are: 11 7/8" Width X 11 7/8" Depth X 14 5/8" Height.
