The Newport, a New England Mansion! This Newport pink dollhouse is finished inside and out and is ready to play right out of the box for your enjoyment. This Newport pink dollhouse is truly unique in color and decor. The approximate dimensions 32 1/2 " Width X 21" Depth X 42 1/2" Height and weighs approximately 53 lbs. This large dollhouse has a total of eight large rooms providing plenty of play area. Each room is 10 inches floor to ceiling height except the right and left side rooms on the third floor measure 8 inches in height. The mansard style roof maximizes the size of the rooms on the third floor. The top of the mansard has surrounding balcony cream color railings with pink caps accent. All shingles have been individually stained with 2 coats. They are laid out in a pattern of lines of straight shingles then octagonal. It is painted in a beautiful soft pink color. The house is surrounded with white trim giving it a really nice touch. The windows and railings are a cream color which gives the dollhouse a true Victorian feel. There are also thin mauve molding accents along the white trim. Three coats of high quality paint are used on all painted surfaces. The front door has raised panels and a brass doorknob and doorknocker. All doors have 3 coats of stain and a top coat of lacquer. The front porch also includes a pink basket, full of flowers. As an additional service we can insert a small plaque next to the front door with your own house number free of charge! The Pink Newport, an inside look! As soon as you step in the front door, the living room is covered in a beautiful mauve flowered wallpaper. One door leads you to a soft green painted dining room with flowered border art. The other door leads you to a striped kitchen or small den. Stained doors with brass doorknobs adorn the doorways. All rooms have white baseboard molding. All windows have white curtains with tiny pearl like beads. The floors are stained with three coats of stain and then sealed with a coat of lacquer. Up the stairs to the second floor a purple room awaits for you with a whimsical multicolor flowered border. Open the door and step into the second bedroom, a soft pink pock-a-dotted wallpaper with beautiful bay windows, the perfect bedroom for your little princess. Moving on to the third floor of this majestic dollhouse brings you to the most quaint nursery of all. Pink gingham wallpaper with a teddy bear border along the top adorns this room, the border is separated by a white molding. Open the door and step into a yellow room with flowered accents, which could be used as a bathroom or a little hideaway. Step into the next room and you are greeted by a warm light green with little pink flowers. On a sunny day get to your roof deck and enjoy those delightful views and yes you can also have a little picnic with your friends.
