This Vermont Farmhouse Junior shown here assembled and finished with exquisite details by our own Vulcan Zone craftswomen, right here in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This is a custom finished one of a kind three storey farmhouse. Over 60 hours of labor went into making this custom masterpiece. Everything has been painstakingly varnished and lacquered. This house is ready to play as soon as you take it out of the box.  The unit dimensions are: 24 1/4" Width x 17 5/8" Depth X 29 3/8" Height.

Features include:

• Hardwood floors throughout.
• 7 rooms on 3 floors painted and wallpapered.
• A miniature fireplace is included and matches the decor.
• Front porch.
• Crystal door knob inside and outside.
• All roofing shingles are stained.
• The fireplace is currently set in the first room of third floor; this can be changed as it is not permanently attached.
• The first floor contains a staircase to the second floor, notice the hardwood floors throughout. A special notice must be given to the extra work in this dollhouse, the wallpaper, detailed art work in painted rooms.
• The door is exquisitely stained and lacquered for a genuine look, contains brass handles inside and out along with a house number, 32. The number it contains is up to you.
• The second floor exterior windows are decorated with a flower bed and artwork as shown in the pictures.
