These are truly "New Concept" as far as dollhouse construction. These dollhouses come in several architectural styles and options. Real Good Toy�s New Concept models vary from open to the rear, to hinged front panels. Most can be upgraded with curved staircases on the first floor, room additions, different porches, shutters and working windows. Many options are available, which allows you to mix and match components to suit your dream dollhouse.

Smooth Plywood (SP) 1/4" high cabinet grade panels, this is suitable for a custom finish exterior.
MM - Milled MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard) The exclusive Milled finish has a 3/8" clapboard profile milled directly into the surface of the walls. Milled walls provide the easiest and quickest way to assemble a dollhouse with clapboard siding because it's built in and ready to paint. MDF is extra smooth & flat, splinter-free and environmentally friendly material.
MP - Milled Cabinet Grade Plywood When there is a choice between an MP or MM finish, the only difference between the two kits is the material of the exterior walls , the MP exterior walls are made of plywood instead of clapboard (MM - Milled MDF)
