The Batrie Collection is architectual elagance at it's best ranging from Victorian to American Colonial styles. Each of the Batrie kits is available with pre-finished Brick exterior walls. The walls are 3/8" thick made of MDF, pre-bricked and painted. The pre-bricked panels replace the Milled Clapboards walls in each kit.
Smooth Plywood (SP) 1/4" high cabinet grade panels, this is suitable for a custom finish exterior. Milled MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard) The exclusive Milled finish has a 3/8" clapboard profile milled directly into the surface of the walls. Milled walls provide the easiest and quickest way to assemble a dollhouse with clapboard siding because it's built in and ready to paint. MDF is extra smooth & flat, splinter-free and environmentally friendly material.
